Perfect for beginners, our 3-hour Wheel Throwing Pottery Workshop is a hands-on creative experience where you'll learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing while slowing down, developing a new skill, and creating your own ceramic pieces from scratch.

Guided through each step of the process—from wedging and centering the clay to throwing and trimming—you'll gain confidence on the pottery wheel while creating unique ceramic pieces of your own. With expert guidance and plenty of time to practice, you'll experience the mindful and rewarding nature of working with clay.

No previous experience is required—just bring your curiosity and enjoy the process of creating something by hand.

Cancellation

IMPORTANT - Cancellations/postponements/refunds of registrations (including gift voucher registrations) are only permitted if you give us at least 7 days' notice of the start of the workshop. After this period, we will do our best to fill your place, however, a refund or postponement can only be made if your place is filled. We appreciate your understanding.

DISCLAIMER: If the minimum of participants is not achieved, the workshop will not be held and the amount will be refunded or will count towards the rescheduling of the workshop.

If a participant fails to attend, Yod Studio is not responsible for replacing or compensating for that session.

Please note: *Every piece you produce in the workshop is yours! Your pieces will be ready for pick-up 3-4 weeks after your Ceramic Workshop. In case you live outside Setúbal or abroad, you can get them shipped to your home for an additional cost. Please ask us about this option during the workshop.
